I can find no trace of ATM or FRAME relay in the exam objectives have they been scrapped for the exam?And thus can be ignored.

If it isn't in the objectives on the compTIA website it isn't in the exam. I had no questions on either in my exam.

Even though you probably won't need to know anything about them to answer a Network+ question, anyone interested in networking and/or the network+ cert should know of them, and have a pretty good idea what they are.
