BCMSN Syllabus vs Test
I will be taking the BCMSN test within next 2 weeks. It is my first exam of the CCNP qualification. I just purchased some questions from Boson and was going through them.
I want to take the NEW exam 642-812.
With regard to the Syllabus::
I have books on the BCMSN and they all have a chapter or two on QOS however on the old (642-811) syllabus QOS is not mentioned at all and the new (642-812) syllabus only mentions it relating to VOIP.
I have read through my books so i am not being lazy but it is coming down to crunch time and i want to make sure i have my basis covered well.
In the Boson questions there were Metro Ethernet, QOS, SPAN questions. I don't see these in the syllabus. Are these areas part of more general topic areas e.g. SPAN as part of Security?
I thought Boson partnered with Cisco, so they should be trusted?..
Bottom line....If i know the subject area per the Syllabus is that enough?? Or do i have to look out for misc questions?
