which book does everyone feel prepares you the best for the exam. ie Anyone use more then one book and feel that a certain book did the job better then the other.

I used Mike Meyers' Network+ Passport, ExamCram 2, and the TechNotes from this site. If you can master all that material, you'll do alright.

Also, make sure whatever book(s) you get are for the N10-003 test, not N10-002.

I can't say which is best because the only book I used was the Sybex book.... That combined with practice tests from here and mcmcse.com helped me pass easily.

Mike Meyers and technotes from this site is what I used as well.
Very good materials, and will help you to learn easily!
