Snooze your way to high test scores
For those of you looking for tips to increase your chances of passing certifications exams, maybe you should consider taking naps. This article excerpt from New Scientist magazine indicates that REM sleep and even naps during the day are very beneficial to memory formation and retention. Show this article to your boss the next time you are caught napping in your cubical.

KGhaleon Member Posts: 1,346 ■■■■□□□□□□I've always thought about how it might help me think if I took 20 or 30 minutes a day out of my lunch break to nap in the corner with a pillow...but I don't expect my boss would approve of that.
Maybe now's a good time to set up a bed in my car.
