Who works in Telecom? (Telco, Cable MSO, Cellular, etc)

Just wondering who works in the Telecom / Service Provider market. I work for a super Regional Cellular Carrier. Worked in Customer Service to a Telecom Help Desk troubleshooting Roaming Issues with customers and other providers, now work as a Service Technician doing electronic repair with cellular phones and PDA's.

Anyone else work in Telecom?

I used to work at PairGain Technologies, writing management software for xDSL and DSLAM systems installed in COs. PairGain was bought by ADC Telecommunications in 2000, and a lot of their DSL technology work has continued on at Aktino. I, personally, haven't been in the Telco world since 1999.
