Starting new to networking with no prior experience, you need to understand that there is much ground to cover before you begin to focus on the CCNA exam itself.
I am not sure if this book is available in your native language, but check out the book:
"Cisco: A Beginner's Guide"

If you barely know the difference between a router and a switch, this book is one the best books that I have ever read. It will give you the basic knowledge of network hardware, topology, protocols, etc. Do not even start a serious study for the exam until you feel comfortable with the basic concepts put forth in this book (or a book like it).There are only 10 types of people in this world - People who understand binary and people who do not.
