One Cert or More Knowledge?

Kind of a strange question but I need some input.
I don't have much money and I am currently studying for Network+. Now I can either take the test and be Net+ certified and wait an unknown amount of time before I can afford study materials for the next test or I can spend the money on materials and be certified in nothing but be able to study two or more certs depending on the costs of the books.

Others may disagree, but get the cert. There are to many free resource online. For MS there is Technet. Cisco also has a lot of documentation material. Citrix has all the admin guides available as PDFs. You can also go to discount book stores. If you look carefully, you can pick up a good book for a couple of bucks.Andy

I agree, for many certs there is free, or very cheap, study material available... -

I would go for the cert, and you can also look on ebay for study material that people have already used. (I personally like to keep all mine, good references when you need them)
