So, we're all IT people. . . well, except for you. (You know who you are.) And we all suck back coffee like they'd passed a law against it. So, how much is enough for you? i work 12 hours a day, it's my minimum..
i try to stay away from energy drinks and coffee as much as possible restricting myself having any before 7pm..
