Where is my IOS

in CCNA & CCENT
I just upgraded a 3640 for my work, I am getting this really weird prompt

    do both show flash and dir.. if you aboustely have nothing then, you might have to do tftp process again.

    copy tftp flash

    I would also do show ver to see to make sure your router didn't reboot and also make sure your config-register is 0x2102
