Is there a way to lower the functional level on win2k3 ?

Installed win2k3 with AD, wanted to add a second DC (win2k), but since the functional level is win2k3, AD won't install on the second server (win2k)
Is there a way to bypass that ?

Once you raise the functional level you can't go back. That's why it prompts you to hit you are sure before it raises it. I think your best bet is to upgrade the 2000 box.
