I just got an email from Microsoft in which they include a table that lays out what certs get a welcome kit or not.

What's the difference between Certificate of achievement, and paper certificate?
I think the certificate of achievement is the paper certificate, itself. That cool little thing you can frame and put on your wall. (That looks like it was made by an intern in Publisher. You know, the one with Gates' signature laser-copied onto it.)
