Cisco 831 router crashes!

Hi guys,

I have a 831 router with this little problem: It crashes.

I did some analyzing and I realized that memory is running out (actually draining). This is the info:
Cisco IOS Software, C831 Software (C831-K9O3SY6-M), Version 12.3(2)XE, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

System returned to ROM by power-on
System image file is "flash:c831-k9o3sy6-mz.123-2.XE.bin"

12288K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)
2048K bytes of processor board Web flash (Read/Write)

If you see the uptime... you'll realize this happening quite often.

some proc memoray usage... that cought my attention:

What is the chunk manger? I was thinking of an IOS upgrade to see if this fixes the memory drain. Anyone agrees?
