Need help from the Europeans!!! Or those who work there

I am writing a paper on the logistical difficulties that a US based company might encounter when working with a remote office in Zurich specificially but anywhere in Europe in general. Any ideas on topics to cover would be great. I got the obvious language difficulties but what about technology and regulatory differences? Any ideas along those lines or others would be great!!!
