I have a question (since wireless is part of ccna test)
If my office is already getting wireless signal, how device I need so that I can plub in my desktop from ethernet?
I was thinking I can put another wireless router to do it but not sure if it can be done.
Can someone advise?
Problem with is that we have a network printer which has ethernet jack but we want to direclty plug in the ethernet to the hub or switch or something.. not direclty to the pc.
thanks.

convenientstore Member Posts: 53 ■■□□□□□□□□question is:
IF you have a office where you don't have a router but your building gives you Wi-fi access into your office and they want you to share the internet.
Problem is we have network capable(but not wireless) printer.
What is the best way to set this room up? pc connects to printer? or is there anyway we can put something in there(wireless router? something?) that can have printer plug its ethernet into.. -

Ideally you will want something like a WET-11 or whatever cool wireless extender the kids are using today, with will plug into a switch. This is also where the network printer will plug in.
P.S. Since when is wireless a part of the CCNA test?If you are living in the Columbus, OH area and studying for the CCNA click the following link.
