Anyone used them? I'm not going after the CWNA, I'm actually going after the CCIE and need some base to mid level wireless knowledge. Just wondering what people's thoughts are...thanks.

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,090 AdminI've never had the opportunity to look at them, but I've only read good things about their wireless network admin training CDs from people who have used them.

MrD Member Posts: 441Will do. I'm finishing up some other materials this week and should start on the wireless video's in a week or so. Shouldn't take me but a day to watch them since they are only 10 hours.

MrD Member Posts: 441I finished the vid's a couple days ago. I can't say I'm very impressed with the instructor. He seems very hesitant almost as if he doesn't really know what he's talking about. The material he covers is very good info. I wasn't planning on taking the CWNA exam but I took a practice test and nearly aced it, so maybe I will. Anyway, my .02 is that if you know nothing about wireless then these vid's will do you some good, but if you have worked with wireless or just studied it for that matter, only a couple of the vid's in the series will do any good. I will say, however, that the "how to hack" vids were very cool!
