Passed but how to access comptia.org

I have passed with 836/900 .

username and password is needed to track my exam history in comptia.org site. Any there is no information given how to get password and username . I only have my score report.

If anyone knows pls help

I am trying every link . But it needs username and password to get access. Do I have to register as a member ? When I request one and type my e-mail . They do not have my e-mail records.
