How to open RSoP snap-in

hi,
i have open the mmc snap-in but i couldn't see the console root and the rsop snap-in in MMC console.
i wonder if there are any other ways to call the RSoP snap-in.

If you click on the "Add" button, once you're looking at the console root, you should be able to scroll down and find it.

i was looking at the wrong mmc, i have found the solution from the microsoft web site.
