good Punch down tool/keystone tutorial site?

Anyone know of a good site which has a good punch down tool tutorial for faceplates and keystones? I have done patch cables and patch panels but have never terminated any cable runs on a faceplate before

I am using cat 5e and TIA-B coding standards for everything. The only thing I am having problem with is finding a good (but inexpensive 110 punchdown tool) and tutorials on punching down the cabling on the keystone.

I am hoping its just like a patch panel in that i can just terminate the connection if i need to change it (or screw it up) and use one to practice on one with. Is there a limitation on the # of times you can cur the wires from the keystone and reterminate a new one? or do you have to use a brand new one like the rj45 plugs?
