customer service questions

I know on the hardware test there are lots of customer service questions as everyone has pointed out many times. Is customer service a big topic on the OS as well?

I think most of them are fairly common sense though, so I wouldn't sweat 'em.

I had 10+ customer service questions on OS.

It is common sense for the most part but nevertheless I'd take time to weigh up all of the possible answers given. Obviously think about the customers needs but also your limitations as a tech onsite ie time/money etc.

I didn't have any on the Network+ test.

i dunno I think I miss a lot of em, I guess comptia thinks people working in IT or office job but not a tech are complete retards and can't be asked anything regarding computers. Unless of course I missed questions i thought I had gotten correct, in which case I am the retard
