Just curious as to whether anyone has used the CCNA Video Mentor by Wendell Odom offered by Cisco Press and what you might have thought of it.
Was it helpful and is it worth the price?

    For around $38 on bookpool.com, I think it's a great deal. If you have a home lab, you can follow along with the labs and learn a lot.

    Is it any good though? Sounds good, and cheap enough from ebay. $30.

    I think it's great.

    Wendell Odom does the instructing/narration - he's a CCIE and one of the better Cisco Press authors. I think it's great.

    I got it to reinforce my switch command knowledge. I don't have one of the new switches, so I can't practice on real equipment.

    I just purchased the video mentor package. I'll let you know what I thought of them once i get done viewing them. :)
