some things i have yet to learn
some things you're rusty on due to lack of practice.
even cisco employees are mostly pushed into specializations now.
you got more than discussed because they saw an experienced dedicated engineer who's on his way to ccie.
heck my cisco se didn't even pass until his 4th attempt.
and i referred him to IE.
i actually met with bruce babcock couple of weeks ago

I wish my job was that close, i would be pleased with a commute of 15-20 miles to boot. Currently i am driving 2 plus hours a day. It takes me 45-60 minutes to get to work. The drive home is no less then an hour and more on Fridays. I bought a new civic last year & in one year i have logged 35000 miles on it.

The next emoticon would be me fainting and out cold on the floor...
Are you gonna have a party and invite all of us?
After putting that much effort in, I'm pretty sure you deserve it

Nevermind, saw my answer in the otherthread... Will they pay more once you pass?
Congrats!
So which one are you leaning toward? Or wait, I think you already accepted the first offer, right?
