MSCA prep help

I'm thinking of getting myself certified as a MSCA as soon as I pass the CCNA which hopefully will be before the end of the year. I'm already A+ and Network + certified so I was thinking of taking the 70-270 first then taking the 2 core exams. I already have 2 sybex books
at home for 290 & 291. I also have 270 by Microsoft press. My home
lab is 2 PC's, 1 iMac, 1 1900, 1 switch and 2 2500 routers. I also have a
copy somewhere of Windows Server 2003 which MS sent me years ago.
What else would I need to prepare for the exam? I'm thinking of buying
the CBT nugget video MCSA but haven't seen a demo yet. Does anyone have it is it worth it?
Also is the MCSA exam getting ready to go any modifications in the next few months?
