I hear how hard security + can be would 70-299 be better as an elective for the mcse

Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 Mod"Difficulty" is a relative thing. If you're not familiar with Windows security, 70-299 can be daunting. If you don't have much networking experience, Security+ can be tough. Either way, you're looking at a pretty thorough examination of specific topics. For me, I chose to do Security+ because it counted towards MCSA/MCSE, as well as being an additional stand-alone cert.
