I'd say the best thing to do is to prepare your CV towards a trainee position and then forward it on to all the agencies you can find.

Generally there will be some trainee positions on those sites and if not forward your CV on anyway because, more than likely, a consultant will have a colleague that might have a particular role you are looking for.

Jobserve is the most helpful I've found, which please my wife who is a Hammer. (no bites yet though, but my 70-218 comes tomorrow for the MCSA, and then I hope to generate some interest...)
