I like solarwinds tftp server, i think you can download a trial version for free as well. If not tftp servers can be downloaded for free on websites such as www.snapfiles.com.

pumpkin is a great TFTP server. Very small program and it's free. You can go to download.com and grab it.

I use a program of 3Com: ftp://ftp.3com.com/pub/utilbin/win32/3cs117.zip
It's free, it works well and is easy to use. It offers a ftp server as well.

Solarwinds...because it and the rest of the software in the Engineers Toolset is so damm nice.
