Just took the test passed with an 857 little pissed about that but i'll take it

Congrats! That's not a bad score at all.
It's common to specify the exam title, or an abbreviated version of it. eg.
MCP - Windows XP Professional -

Congratulations on the pass. I definately agree with Webmaster on this one, list it as something like "MCP (Windows XP)".
