a+ and net+ as elective

Exactly what process do you have to go through to get credit for the elective if I have an a+ and net+, do I have to contact MS or what?

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but it doesn't appear to be listed as an ellective any more.... (security+ only or MCDST))
