Are you refering to this book?
http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Servers-Server%2B-Michael-Graves/dp/1418020230/sr=1-2/qid=1167146099/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2/104-6638686-4699929?ie=UTF8&s=books
I have not looked at this book but there is 1 review for it on amazon.com. If I ever get around to taking this exam I will use the Exam Cram 2 book. CompTIA also have there own study guide for Server+ which can be found on there website and would probably be the best way to go for this exam.
