I bought the study guides for the old exam iko-001, but didn't do any studying, now I'm back on track, but the exam changed this year to iko-002. Are by books still adequate? And if not can anyone recommend a study guide?
Thankyou

If you have a study guide for the retired I-net+ exam with the exam objectives listed in it, you should compare those to the new objectives:
www.comptia.org/certification/i-Net/inet_objectives.pdf
You will probably notice only a couple of objectives have been changed/removed/added and you can still use your 'older' study guides, but you have to get some additional information which you can probably find in the free online guides/articles/practice exam.
Here' a good cram for the I-Net+ exam:

David Groth has his second edition out by SYBEX for the new I-Net+ exam.
I have it and it's a good read. On top of that the Exam Essential version 6 module, has a very good stack of 230 questions for the new exam.
But always prep in reading first, builds more knowledge for later questions.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask

Do you know anywhere online where I can obtain the 2nd edition?. Amazon has the first edition but with many bad reviews. In your opinion is this the best book to use to study for the I-net+ exam?

Well good luck to you. Also skim over the SYBEX book and you should be good as new for the exam
