Someone just told me about this. Hopefully it's helpful. It seems like cisco is holding ongoing "CCNA t.v. videos". I think new videos are presented each month "live". After the program is done, it is made available later on their web site.
I went through the "Preparing to take the CCNA Examination" video and it was pretty good. It was presented by a couple of people that actually come up with the exam questions, and they go through the various question formats.

2. Click on the link to get a cisco user id (if you don't have one) or Use your account to login
3. Access to all the videos should be on the next screen.
