Didn't receive MCP Welcome Kit

Hi Friends,

I need your help because I didn't receive my Welcome Kit after passing windows xp professional test on 6 october 2006. I would like to know how long it takes to receive or if I have to do something special to get it. Cause I need to show it to my employer.

Did you go to the website, log in with your MCP ID and submit for the welcome kit? It's not sent to you by default, you have to request it. It's under the benifits tab.

I passed my exam back in June and have not yet received one. It's the same song and dance every time I call. Log on to the MCP site and verify my information. Wait 6 to 8 weeks and call back.

Yep, I've done everything asked of me to receive the kit. I guess it doesn't matter too much. If I need to prove the cert, I would just use the transcript they provide anyway.
