I didn't receive my Welcome kit

Hi Friends,

I need your help because I didn't receive my Welcome Kit after passing windows xp professional test on 6 october 2006. I would like to know how long it takes to receive or if I have to do something special to get it. Cause I need to show it to my employer.

Hey,

Welcome Kits and Certificates are not sent automatically. When you become eligible, you must place your request, or "activate" your shipment, from this page.
Delivery should take between four and six weeks from the time of your request.

So log on to the member site. Go to program benefits -> Welcome kits and certificates and activate your shipment.
If you already have done this and still didn't got it after the period it's best to call them.

Also don't forget to update your profile

they ask me an access code and a mcp ID. Where can get these informations?

It's normally on your result sheet you got from the test center.
If not call them(MS regional support center)on 0800-79307 for Belgium (just don't use your mobile)
I tried it once and it didn't work...

The MCP ID will be on the results sheet, but not the access code. That should have come via e-mail, a few days after your test. You cannot access the MCP member site without it. Once I logged in and requested my Welcome Kit, it took about 3.5 weeks.

with me i had to request the access code via e-mail. as they never sent me one otherwise
