Hi Friends,
I need your help because I didn't receive my Welcome Kit after passing windows xp professional test on 6 october 2006. I would like to know how long it takes to receive or if I have to do something special to get it. Cause I need to show it to my employer.

Welcome Kits and Certificates are not sent automatically. When you become eligible, you must place your request, or "activate" your shipment, from this page.
Delivery should take between four and six weeks from the time of your request.

So log on to the member site. Go to program benefits -> Welcome kits and certificates and activate your shipment.
If you already have done this and still didn't got it after the period it's best to call them.
Also don't forget to update your profile

they ask me an access code and a mcp ID. Where can get these informations?

If not call them(MS regional support center)on 0800-79307 for Belgium (just don't use your mobile)
I tried it once and it didn't work...
