DHCP on VLAN
the_return_of_the_Ring
If I setup 5 VLANs, but I want VLAN1 - 4 to get IP from a cisco router, VLAN5 to get it from a Win2K3 dhcp server. How should I setup on the router, and do i need to do some extra job on the win2k3 server?

Sort of an asside, but you shouldn't use VLAN 1 for anything other than administrative stuff.

Hey ring, here's a link explaining how multiple instances of a DHCP service works:

Nothing that will help you with the CCNA, but you asked the question and it's an interesting read.
As for cisco routers acting as a dhcp server, well.... Theoretically you could set up a DCHP server pool for multiple interfaces on a router, but I'm not sure if the IOS supports that. Try it and let us know if it works!
