Jeez, it may say INTRO, but that thing was tough. I managed a 950, but those questions sure made you think, now I have a headache!
I used CISCO Press, Lammle and had the chance to catch the Learnkey CBTs a couple of times, but in all honesty, I relied heavily on the CISCO Press book, and lingering around Techexams every day, in fact there was a question that was identical to a discussion I got into on Techexams a couple of days back!
Without giving too much away, for those sitting the INTRO, you better know your basic router commands and of course subnetting.
Overall its a really fair test, questions are nice and short (mostly), just be prepared they will make your brain hurt!
Sitting ICND in 2-3 months.

I know what your talking about. I wrote the INTRO 2 years ago and still remember it. I came out of the exam feeling the same way you did. That's why I decided to write the whole CCNA this time around instead of finishing with ICND.
Way to go. -

Paul, I will probably sit the ICND Feb/Mar time, I want to give myself enough time to take everything in like I did the INTRO. -
maniac_73 Member Posts: 10 ■□□□□□□□□□I also just passed the INTRO with an 850. I could have gotten higher but I missed a question due to a careless error. Not as many sims as I thought but the ones I did get were more difficult then any practice sims as you really had to use your problem solving skills instead of just straight memorization. I'm hoping to sit ICND in 3 months, if feels good to be on the way to CCNA!
Thanks to this forum as it is a huge help.
