Theres a 30 page guide on Windows Server Update Services 3.0 you can download from the above link. After reading through it, you SHOULD be able to answer any of the 70-290 exam questions pertaining to WSUS.

I found all of the answers to the exam questions I got.

Its actually a good read, and I hope it helps with some of the WSUS questions that are popping up.

Its a step by stem implementation for WSUS in a 2k3 and even LONGHORN environment.
