Windows Server 2003 Access-based Enumeration

Has anybody actually implemented this tool for Windows Server 2003? Does it work well? any comments and suggestions on this whoever has used it will be appreciated, i am thinking about deploying this tool for a new server we are going to set up, to simplify things some what...
