Hi ychx,
from my experience:
- a bit more than a half of questions are multiple answers (this is what you're asking I suppose)
- all of them say "choose x answers" where x = a number

The actual percentage of questions in CWNP exams which require multiple answers changes for each exam that is administered, so there is really no set average. And yes, the exams do specifically state the number of answers to select on questions with multiple answers.
