you know you are...

I was talking casually with some friends, and an interesting topic came up...would you guys say:
you know you are paper MCSE when...
1) you dont know what paper MCSE is.
2) you dont even know what MCSE stands for.
3) you are MCSE NT 4.0/Windows 2000 and passed with flying colours, but can barely score a 3-digit score on 70-29x
4) you think MS Windows started with 3.1
5) you think Exchange Server started with 5.5
6) you got your study materials from a "friend"
7) you are/were desperate for a new job/promotion
8 ) you have heard of AD, but have never heard of LDAP
9) you went through 1-8 to show that you are not paper MCSE...
these are just for laughs...I am sure there are other ones, perhaps more accurate...
Hope y'all had a good time shopping during boxing day!

"What the hell is Unix, and does it run on XP Home?"
Number 11:
"I didn't think virus.vbs was really a virus. . ."
(I wish I was making that one up. Especially the part about hearing it from an actual MCSE after he opened the attachment.)

"I only tested on NT4 to get my MCSE but, MCSE is for life which means I'm also an MCSE on 2000 and 2003"
ask him if his taxes for 1996 are paid for, if so, he wouldnt need to do 'em ever again, Microsoft's got him certified for life!
Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

Even with experiance - doing all those exams in 2 weeks would be nearby impossible because you have to learn the "Microsoft" way of doing things.

Happy New Year!
By the way Bighornsheep, I've never heard "y'all" and "boxing day" in the same sentence. Good post.
