IPX -- still confused

Guys I need desprate help bcoz I am really confused regarding IPX in CCNA 640-607. I have read in some forums on net saying that it's still there in course.So pls clarify my questions -

1. Is IPX Access list and IPX still in 640-607(it's not there in new CCNA objecives) ??
2. What is the marking scheme in the exam ? Did all questions carry equal marks ?
3. How many wrong questions can I afford ? Some says that only 3 questions if I answered wrong the very first question otherwise max. 7 questions .

I think I read somewhere that you get 300 points for just signing into the test.

So if you have to have an 849 or higher, and you get 300 points for just starting the test. You have to score 549 points in the exam.
