Subnetting question

Hey I thought i had subnetting down until i ran into this question doing a pratice exam.

I know the answer but i dont see how they got them. Can someone please help me out. This all the info that was in the question.

    Reposting... Did they give you any extra information on this question? Is there a diagram with a default route somewhere, gateway, anything outside of a netmask
