In order to take the exam a third time did you actually have to way thirty days before you could be eligible to take it?

Well actually i took the test month after i passed my core exam and failed it, then i 2 weeks later i took it again around march sometime. So i waited a very long time as i kind of gave up for a while. But i stuck it out and glad i did.
