Installing netwrok printer on LAN

hi everybody
i have HP network printer and i have made small LAN of three computer with peer to peer running windows xp on all i want to install network print and allow all my computer to access it please tell me how can do this or tell me site from where i can get material of this problem

1. Go to add printer on the PC that the printer is connected to
2. Right Click on the Printer you want to share and click on sharing..
3. Make sure sharing is enabled and to give it an easy name.
4. Now go to the PC you want to print from on your network.
5. Go to add printer.
6. Network printer
7. Select Conect to this printer (or browse for printers....)
8. In this directory you'll want to put \\The PC name that has the printer connected to it\Printer name.

Example: \\KitchenPC\HPLaserjet1320
