Does anyone know if there is a special tool required to remove the hard drive from this machine? If so, where can it be acquired....thanks.

    There are 2 retaining screws on the bottom that you remove first. Then you lift the door and slide the hard drive out.

    It's probably a small (5 or so) Torx screw (star). I found a great set at Home Depot - similar to a jewelers set, but had all the small Torx bits in it.
