in CCNA & CCENT
Just want to say Whats up to all you guys.... I just passed the Network+ and now am planning on getting the CCNA... I am going to start studying next week...Any Advice will be greatly appreciated...

Check out the CCNA Forum FAQ if you haven't already found it. As you go through it and the links to the various threads, look for the links to the CCNA Prep Center at Cisco and the links to the Subnetting sites (tutorial and practice questions).
