Yeah, I saw that too... basically I am looking for the author of the original IS-IS. I think it is R.Callon (as it shows in rfc1195) but I am not sure. There's also an older one, 1148, which shows a different author, but still someone from DEC. Just doing a little research... thanks for the help!
