Is this IOS OK for CCNP?

Hi everyone,

I am looking at getting a router with the following IOS:

c2600-ik9o3s3-mz.12.3-15.bin

I looked it up on the Cisco tool site, and it showed it has these features:

12.3(15) 2620-2621 IP/FW/IDS PLUS IPSEC 3DES BASIC

In a nutshell, could anyone tell me if that would be suffeciant for the CCNP?

Go for 12.4, though 12.3 is OK for CCNP too i think.. I don't think 2600 series will support 12.4 anyway.

If you wanna make it in the networking world you should be resourceful enough to find any ios you need online.If you cant master googles search engine you should consider a different line of work!

Looks like it should work... you can use the feature navigator to compare 2 different IOS side by side.... but I just stick with the "load the biggest and baddest IOS image you can fit into memory" rule for the home lab.

I don't think he was looking for IOS images, but just asking for recommendations on versions instead.
