Is it possible/feasible to use VLSM with no ip subnet-zero? In what situations would you want to do this?

Thanks

The two aren't directly related. VLSM just simply means you have a network that doesnt just use one mask. Whether or not ip subnet-zero is enabled doesn't have any bearing on whether or not you can use VLSM.

It's a way of using more of your ip address that would otherwise be lost with standard subnetting.
    Kam.
