There are currently no Technotes for the 70-284. There are plenty of websites out there that will give you tutorials on how to use exchange. A couple of popular sites I like to frequently visit are listed below. These sites are good for reference, but are not geared towards any exam. And as always, if you need help, don't hesitate to ask.
