can a prometric voucher be used to study for a exam at a vue

just was wondering if i have a thomson prometric voucher can i use it to study to take a a+ certification exam at a vue facility and what is a voucher consist of its it a book?

This question doesn't make any sense to me, sorry.

Vouchers are discounts for exams. Now they may be tied to one center or another and as far as if you can transfer it....you will need to contact the center to see if they will honor it (I wouldn't think so but it's worth the call).

Perhaps if you can explain more about what you are asking, maybe I or someone can assist you further.
