I am taking my ICND on the 24th. How does this test fair against just the 1 CCNA 640-801 exam?? I know that icnd is alot shorter, but which one would you say is easier? I'm thinking frame-relay configuration and ISDN configuration are my 2 things to focus, i have their theory down.

thanks

Did you took the 640-821 INTRO alredy?????

To certified of CCNA you can do it 2 ways

    First way
    Doing 2 exams
    640-821 INTRO
    and
    640-811 ICND

    Second way
    Doing 1 exam
640-801 CCNA(which cover INTRO and ICND)

For more info about the detailed material that cover the INTRO adn the ICDN go to www.cisco.com :/

hope that helped ya, i quite didnt get what you were asking

You answered your own question there. 640-801 is harder than two separate exams because of wider scope. Sure, you get to answer more questions in toto, when taking two exam path.

Just remember - There is no easy way out :)

ya, i passed the intro with a 900. I take icnd in 10 days, i've been getting 85-95% on all the practice tests, and i've also been taking 801 practice tests, and been doing well on those.

Would you say the 811 is a harder test than the 801? setting aside length

    thanks nightshade
